            Customer relations officer (Full-Time)  Job Responsibilities  Manage appointment bookings and handle daily customer enquiries via WhatsApp and Instagram 
Greet customers warmly, serve beverages, and guide them to their seats 
Ensure smooth front desk operations and overall customer experience 
Maintain and update appointment schedules and customer records 
Handle cashiering duties (billing, payments, receipts) 
Manage booking deposits and appointment confirmations 
Follow up with customers (appointment reminders / post-service messages) 
Assist with basic customer service recovery when needed 
Support administrative tasks including: 
Tracking staff punctuality (lateness) using Excel 
Calculating stylist attendance and regularity reports 
Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area
