Responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated, primary point of contact for global clients handling all technical quality inquiries, returns, and concerns.
- Lead cross-functional task forces (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain) to deploy immediate containment actions and prevent defect recurrence.
- Spearhead deep-dive root cause analyses and execute airtight CAPA frameworks for all customer-reported quality incidents.
