The Customer Project Manager (CPM) is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end delivery of telecommunications projects, ensuring successful execution of customer commitments, contractual obligations, project milestones, and operational KPIs. The role serves as the primary interface between customers, vendors, contractors, and internal delivery teams, driving project performance, governance, and stakeholder engagement across network rollout, modernization, and operational projects.
