• Customer & Project Management
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of assigned product projects by meeting quality, security, and technical requirements.
  • Evaluate customer project requests, assess feasibility, define priorities, and translate needs into high‑level specifications.
  • Monitor and steer product projects from initiation to final approval, ensuring production readiness and process efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a technical advisor to customers, internal departments, and affiliated Mobile Security entities worldwide.
  • Coordinate closely with Global Product Integration teams, Sales, and R&D to support application development and product evolution.
