Fixed term contract – 12 months with possibility to extend 

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinating the entire end-to-end delivery process for our business-to-business customers located in UK (domestic order management).
• Building strong and long-lasting relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Cooperating with various internal departments.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the process for customers and acting effectively in taking them forward as appropriate.
• Supporting business reports preparation within team.
 

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Very good command of English, additional language/s depending on the port...
