Customer Master Data Supervisor
Lead a team of specialists in managing the end-to-end life cycle of customer records, ensuring compliance with data standards, tax requirements, and audit protocols.
Responsibilities
- Distribute and supervise the daily tasks of the CDM team to ensure SLAs for record creation and updates are met.
- Set clear KPIs, provide coaching, conduct annual performance reviews, and maintain business controls and processes.
- Act as the first point of contact for complex data issues or disputes between departments.
- Help define yearly priorities and ongoing projects related to Customer Data Management.
- Monitor data for completeness, accuracy, and uniqueness, preventing duplicate customer profiles.
- Develop and enforce global naming conventions, address formats, and tax documentation requirements.
- Lead periodic maintenance projects to keep data accurate (e.g., dormancy, fake data).
