Job Responsibilities

• Analyze customer journeys and lifecycle stages to improve retention and engagement.
• Develop strategies to increase customer value and loyalty.
• Create and manage customer segmentation models.
• Measure lifecycle campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve customer experience across channels.
• Ensure accurate customer data management within CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, customer analytics, or lifecycle marketing.
