Requirements:
Certificate in Customer Service, Marketing, Exports or related qualification (NQF 5).
Up to 3 years' Customer Service experience or experience operating as a Customer Liaison Officer in a manufacturing environment.
Computer Literate with Microsoft Office and SAP
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Deliver effective and efficient service to business, customer and end-user queries.
Approach problem-solving with a can-do attitude.
Offer fast, courteous and knowledgeable service when assisting with telephonic and email queries.
