What You’ll Be Doing
As the first person our members and customers meet, you’ll be tasked with finding out what brings them to the AA centre, lend a hand with any straightforward matters and assist with NZTA/Waka Kotahi processes. You’ll also be responsible for ushering them to the correct counters and ensuring that things run smoothly by managing the flow of visitors and any queues that form.
This is a full-time fixed term role until Feburary2027.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will
- Have a confident and calming nature with the ability to recognise and de-escalate situations.
- Have previous experience in a customer service/concierge environment.
- Have great communication skills and enjoy dealing with customers.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Previous experience working in security will be highly regarded.
