Job Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior and engagement data to generate business insights.
• Create customer segmentation strategies to support personalized campaigns.
• Measure and report campaign effectiveness and customer retention metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and loyalty.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance customer journey initiatives.
• Support CRM optimization through data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, CRM, or customer insights.
• Experience with online products or digital platforms.
• Coding knowledge in SQL, Python, or related languages.
