We’re looking for a driven, organised and customer-obsessed Customer Implementation Partner to lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new Freight customers at Team Global Express.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you’ll own implementation plans, coordinate key stakeholders across the business, remove roadblocks, and get customers trading quickly while delivering a standout onboarding experience that sets the foundation for long-term success.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own end-to-end customer implementations from onboarding to live trade.
Manage timelines, risks, governance and customer expectations.
Coordinate internal teams (Sales, Ops, IT, Customer Service + more).
Provide clear implementation visibility and regular status updates.
