About The Role

Based mainly at Shotover Jet in Queenstown, with occasional shifts at Dart River Adventures in Glenorchy (free transport provided), this role is all about creating memorable experiences for our manuhiri (visitors). Responsibilities include:

• Assisting guests with bookings and reservations
• Supporting retail and photography sales
• Delivering warm, professional customer service
• Sharing our stories and values with pride

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service experience and enjoys working with people
• Strong team player who stays calm under pressure
