Our Whenuapai team is expanding, and we are looking for customer-focused professionals to join us in a dynamic and varied Customer Experience Representative role. Every day is different, as you support NZDF personnel by providing timely, accurate and customer-centred shared services.
You will liaise and assist across a range of units and levels within the organisation, effectively and efficiently multitasking to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
As part of the Defence Shared Services Group (DSSG), you will contribute to services delivered through a mix of local and national teams:
* Local services provide on-site, situationally tailored support to camps and bases, including functions such as, housing, amenities, medals, registry, mail services and Imprest.
