This position is responsible for ensuring the consistency of processes and policies and managing the customer experience team to ensure order setup and materials dispatch matches the customers’ needs, collecting bid day info, managing and sending quotes, creating orders, supporting quality submissions for accuracy, plant scheduling, and other customer service tasks as required.
