Customer Concierge Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly as they enter the showroom, providing a 5-star welcome experience.
Assist with inquiries and guide guests to the appropriate department or team member.
Maintain a polished and professional appearance consistent with the luxury brand.
Cover the front desk when not busy with deliveries or re-connects.
Assist with showroom events, special promotions, and customer gifts.
