About The Role
We are looking for Customer Care Specialist to join BYD in Norway. The successful candidate’s primary goal is to resolve all customer queries and ensure customers are satisfied with the company’s service and products. The perfect candidate will have an aptitude for following policies, have a confident communication manner, and perform all tasks with customer satisfaction in mind.
Responsibilities
- Under the responsibility of the aftersales manager Norway & Iceland, the customer care specialist ensures the customer experience link with dealers within the NSC.
- He/she will support the aftersales with implementing new structures, processes and communication. Will manage the administration process of the complete BYD customer service structure and processes of the designated regions, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
