Deliver exceptional customer service all throughout 
At least 2 yrs experience in the BPO setting 
Has experience in handling US health/auto/life insurance ( preferred but not required ) 
Excellent in English language, written and communications skills. 
Willing to work On-site 
Amendable to shifting schedules.
