Customer Care Specialist to join their Customer Care team, reporting directly to the Customer Care Supervisor . This is a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment supporting both internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, eager to learn, comfortable working under pressure, and proactive in addressing issues as they arise. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are critical for success in this role.
