Role Purpose To support the Customer Management Manager in providing excellent customer and administrative support services at the enrichment centres at Lorna Whiston Schools in Singapore.
Role Responsibilities Customer Service
- Maintain a sound knowledge of LW’s enrichment operations to support with general enquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensuring all enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face are acknowledged and answered with speed and professionalism
- Develop strong working relationships with LW teachers to support with query resolution
Student Administration
- Enroll new students into the Student Administration System, terminate those who withdraw, update records, prepare invoices, do credit memos for transferring of fees form one class to another for change of lesson day / time
