Customer Management (Order Fulfilment)
Manage customer order processing from order receipt until order delivered/invoicing as per customer requirement and in accordance with company policy. Logistics & Shipping
Coordinate with order management team on shipment activation. Warehousing & inventories management
Manage 3PL warehouse to ensure stock accuracy and service level are maintain. Vendor Management/Purchasing
Responsible for direct and indirect vendor/purchase. Reporting and monitoring
