We are seeking Customer Advisors for our Customer Service Department. You will be the first point of contact for customers via email, phone, or chat, accurately addressing questions and turning issues into solutions.
As a Customer Advisor, you will make informed decisions, provide proactive advice, and assist customers across Europe in creating the perfect ambiance in their homes. You will build technical knowledge of our lighting products, thoroughly record customer data, and manage orders, shipments, and returns or warranty claims in our CRM system.
Initial training will be provided before you start working independently.
