We are seeking a highly skilled individual to expertly handle, process and/or forward client calls and partner enquiries, in German, French, Italian and English, on various topics related to cards payment, in accordance with our work instructions.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and handling inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian and English
- Receive and process client complaints and issues related to credit, prepaid and debit cards
- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
- Ensure all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations
- Proactively find solutions for client complaints and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department
