Job Responsibilities
- Partner with the Motion network to develop a strategic sales plan.
- Prospect new opportunities and work closely with other business units to maximize existing accounts.
- Manage your portfolio and ensure that customers receive premium service.
- Support the team with ad‑hoc requirements and customer service when possible.
- Drive and grow key accounts within your territory.
Ideal Skills & Experience
- 3-4 years’ experience in solution‑selling industrial products & services.
- Ability to identify and capture new business opportunities with existing customers.
- Natural problem‑solving skills, a curious mind, comfortable working with blue‑collar, construction & industrial stakeholders.
- Team player attitude.
