Customer Account Manager
is responsible for acquiring new battery/electrolyte customers and managing the commercial relationship as the primary customer contact. This role drives business development, captures customer requirements, and ensures alignment between customer expectations and internal capabilities, and works closely with the R&D, quality and production departments for successful project design.
Main areas of responsibility and tasks:
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and customers/partners.
Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
Keep stakeholders informed of project status, risks, and issues.
