Minor maintenance and repairs of custodial equipment.
Custodial tasks include, but are not limited to, mopping, vacuuming, trash collecting, window cleaning, washroom/shower sanitizing, and carpet cleaning/extracting.
In performing these duties, a custodian uses both light, medium, and heavy equipment (such as extractor/floor buffer).
Proper usage of LeTourneau University supplied chemicals.
Washroom/shower sanitizing, carpet cleaning/extracting, hard floor scrubbing/stripping and recoating, special event set-up, equipment/light furniture moving.
Proper usage of safety equipment supplied by LeTourneau University.
Working with assigned student workers and assisting training.
