Come join the growing field of cannabis! We are searching for a full‑time Grower to join our team in Sedgwick. The grow team produces products for in‑store sales and for use in our commercial cannabis kitchen and extraction facility.

General Information

Candidates with a current badge to work in the cannabis industry in Colorado will be given heavy preference. If you do not have that, you can apply for this position.

This is a full‑time position, regularly scheduled for 40 hours over 5 consecutive days. Schedule would be Sunday – Thursday 6:00am–2:30pm. This position requires the ability to work on holidays, weekends, and a variety of shifts. Your schedule will be set, but may rotate a few times per year.

Responsibilities

• Mixing and adding nutrients to reservoirs correctly and consistently.
• Learning the pruning and defanning procedures for the vegetative and flower stages of growth quickly and efficiently.
