What will I be doing

At Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah as a Kitchen Intern you are responsible for performing all basic preparation cleaning delivery and other supportive duties as instructed and required by the operation.

Interns should have a high-level passion and dedication to the craft with their contribution of skills and enthusiasm to the dynamic operation of the kitchen. Has to be open to receive trainings and be monitored in order to learn and improve their skills and knowledge in all aspects of food preparation.

Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Ensure professional and timely execution of all working tasks as instructed by Supervisor
• Following Proper Cleaning and Sanitation as by Hilton HACCP Procedures and Local Government Policies
