This position is part of the RGC Controlling organization and will be based in the Governance & Digital Controlling Department at the Nanjing HQ. The role may be assigned to one of the following focus areas based on the candidate’s capabilities and interests: Mgt. Reporting, Planning & Closing, PD & Bonus, or Execution & Operation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver standardized controlling reporting outputs (e.g., China Scorecard,U), ensuring data quality, consistency, and sign-off readiness.Lead consolidation of assigned controlling views by collecting inputs, aligning assumptions, documenting logic changes, and maintaining version control and change logs.Drive cross-functional alignment on controlling topics by tracking open items,resolving definition disputes, and escalating issues when required.Build executive variance narratives using driver-tree logic (“what/why/so what/now what”), highlighting key risks, opportunities,...
