Per diem | 8 hours per day | Hazleton Surgery Center | The annual case volume is 2,500 (1,500 GI + 1,000 surgical) | Case mix: General surgery, GI, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedic, pain management, ENT, and Pediatric ENT | 1-2 ORs daily | Medical direction of 1-2 CRNAs | EMR – paper charts
