Must Have

• CRM experience (Customer Service Request, Leads, Customer 360)
• Business Requirements gathering
• Review FSD (FSD is written by vendor)
• Review TDD (TDD is written by vendor)
• Ability to interact with multiple teams
• Ability to align specs from multiple systems and interfaces (e.g., middleware, core system and CRM)
• JIRA triage – prioritize and assign to right team
