            Responsibilities  Support the review of customer behavior, purchase trends, and engagement data; prepare reports and highlight insights. 
Assist in setting up, launching, and monitoring email and SMS campaigns, ensuring accurate execution and on schedule. 
Help build and maintain customer segments based on predefined criteria; support personalization by ensuring correct audience targeting. 
Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system; perform routine checks for data accuracy. 
Follow existing CRM workflows and support improvements as guided by senior team members. 
Assist in ensuring CRM tools and marketing platforms integrate and operate smoothly for campaign execution. 
Provide basic support to team members using CRM tools and elevate issues when needed.
