As CRM Manager, you deliver campaigns that drive acquisition, growth, and engagement across the customer lifecycle using email, app notifications, WhatsApp, and SMS. You act as the CRM expert in every phase of campaign rollout, from design, planning, build, launch, and optimization, ensuring every campaign meets the latest standards and business requirements. You manage the global CRM calendar, maintain automated marketing journeys that are triggered daily, and use performance data to guide decisions while building a culture of experimentation and testing within the team. This role reports to the Senior CRM Manager and is part of a diverse and talented global eCommerce team aiming to drive and scale profitable growth.
