Overview
We’re looking for a CRM Manager to drive lifecycle communication and execution for the Fitness Services business. This isn’t a typical high-frequency CRM role (like eCommerce or gaming). Fitness is a high-intent, lower-frequency category, where CRM plays a big role in driving conversion, revenue, repeat usage, and long-term habit building. You’ll work closely with the CRM Lead to run and improve CRM programs across the user journey, with a clear focus on conversion, revenue, activation, engagement, and retention.
