DC Thomson is looking for a CRM Specialist to help shape the customer experience across some of our leading digital subscription brands, including Stylist, The Courier and The Press & Journal.
Reporting to the CRM Manager, you'll design, build and optimise customer journeys that drive onboarding, engagement, retention and loyalty. You'll create data-driven lifecycle programmes that respond to customer behaviour and deliver the right message at the right time across email and push.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving customer problems through automation, personalisation and experimentation. You'll work with CRM platforms to build behavioural journeys, optimise onboarding experiences, reduce churn and encourage long-term engagement with our subscription products.
