Job Overview

The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationship management initiatives to enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall customer experience. The role involves maintaining and analyzing customer data, developing targeted communication campaigns, and supporting customer lifecycle strategies that drive business growth and customer loyalty.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• Bachelor's Degree or similar qualification and/or experience.
• 3 Years corporate experience in managing a portfolio of clients (senior position - 5 years).
• Need to have worked for reputable corporates.
• Proven track record of having made target.
• Industry experience advantageous – Understanding of full supply chain (freight, international & warehousing products).
