Run workshops across business requirements gathering, process mapping, and use cases for Microsoft Dynamics Sales & Service implementations in a client‑facing role.
Manage project timelines, documentation, and deadlines, ensuring the project stays on track and escalating as required.
Introduce formal requirement specifications and workflow documentation.
Work directly with client teams, solution architects, and developers to ensure the solution meets business needs.
Manage and upskill junior Microsoft Dynamics internal resources.
Engage and impress at client Director and Exec level stakeholders both on the business side and technical side.
Functional Requirements
Experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
Experience across business analysis, systems audits, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
