₹4L – ₹6L per annum (can stretch to ₹7–8L for strong WhatsApp API + Salesforce experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all outgoing SMS and WhatsApp messages from CRM and hospital software daily
- Track template approval status on Meta Business Manager (Utility vs Marketing categories) and DLT portal for SMS
- Identify and escalate delivery failures, rejected templates, or drop-offs in engagement
- Coordinate with tech and vendor teams to fix or resubmit flagged templates
- Understand and flag issues in existing WhatsApp/SMS automation flows
