We are seeking an experienced ICU APP for full-time night shift coverage in a community hospital ICU setting. This role is ideal for Acute Care NPs or PAs comfortable managing critically ill patients and performing bedside ICU procedures independently.
Assignment Details:
* Full-time night coverage
* Ongoing need
* Community hospital ICU setting
Schedule:
* 3 12-hour shifts weekly
* 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
* Includes sign-out time
Practice Setting:
* Multi-specialty medical-surgical ICU
* Attending physician support available
* Local candidates preferred
Patient Volume:
* ICU patients per APP
Clinical Responsibilities:
* Management of critically ill ICU patients
* Ongoing assessments and intervention planning
* Collaboration with attending physicians and ICU nursing staff
* Participation in multidisciplinary rounds
* Order entry and EMR documentation
Documentation Includes:
* H&Ps
* Consult notes
* Event/follow-up notes
