Job Description
Day to Day:
· Develop and implement efficient, cost-effective crew rotation schedules for assigned disciplines to ensure qualified and competent crew coverage.
· Manage rolling schedules (6–12 months) for international crew across multiple vessels, considering hundreds of rotations annually and planning replacements.
· Coordinate logistics such as flights, visas, and medical certifications while handling unexpected changes (e.g., illness, drop-offs).
· Collaborate with internal partners, international agencies, and onboard leadership to resolve scheduling challenges.
· Analyze availability data and produce reports using Excel and Power BI.
· Support the Planning Department with competing priorities and projects, exercising authority to make scheduling decisions.
