Requirements:



  • Entry Level Creditors Clerk (1-2 years experience)

  • Basic Bookkeeping Knowledge

  • Microsoft 365

  • Xero knowledge a plus


Responsibilities:



  • Processing supplier invoices and verifying accuracy

  • Reconciling supplier statements

  • Preparing creditor payment schedules

  • Maintaining accurate creditor records

  • Communicating with suppliers regarding payments
