Responsibilities

Handling of Credit Facility Documentation incl. fee confirmation

Securities & Collateral Management; coordination of review (Indemnity Letters, Guarantees and similar), set-up of cash collateral arrangements and update of Securities & Collateral database

Maintain all credit/risk-related data in our Database System, PDMS

Management of domestic Guarantees/suretyships: Verification of wording in collaboration with local Legal Department, ensure Compliance checks, Collection of commercial decisions from management, issuance of instruments, capture transactions in database system, ensure proper implementation of fee arrangements and follow up of fee collection...
