Responsible for escalating any irregularities or issues that cannot be resolved in a timely and expeditious manner.
Conducting collateral assessments, whether conducted by internal appraisers or the Credit Service Office (KJPP), in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreement.
Maintaining effective and responsive communication with business units/guarantee assessment applicants as internal customers, regarding all concerns or questions raised.
Creating a positive work environment within the team and with other work units to foster effective collaboration and communication to support the work process.
In carrying out their duties, they consistently apply the principle of prudence and act as a risk manager for all operational aspects under their responsibility. They also coordinate with internal customers to obtain positive feedback and continuous process improvement.
