 Our client a leading property management firm in the heart of Manchester. We pride ourselves on providing top-tier service to our clients and maintaining strong, positive relationships. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Property Credit Controller to join our finance team.
 
  Key Responsibilities: 
  Credit Control Management:  Efficiently manage and oversee the credit control process for our diverse property portfolio.
  Debt Recovery:  Proactively chase overdue payments and handle all aspects of debt recovery, including sending reminders, negotiating repayment plans, and initiating legal action if necessary.
