Credit Controller

Location: Vaal Triangle (Three Rivers)

Salary: Market Related plus company benefits

Purpose of the job:

· Ensure that the customer account are allocated timely and that all queries are resolved

· Ensure that the accounts do not go over the credit limits of terms

Main Activities:

· Credit application & credit checks

· Accounts allocation and reconciliation

· Posting of rebates, discounts

· Daily review of credit limits

· Preparation of documentation for all over credit limits/terms before escalation

· Recommendation for hand over’s with detail

· Handling and resolving of queries

· Visiting of customers

· Monitor account for prompt/late payments

· Maintaining accuracy on customer accounts

· Maintaining master file information

· Realising of order

· Prepare cash sale recons
