Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to manage the full credit control function, ensuring effective risk assessment, timely collections, and accurate account management.

This role works closely with sales teams, branch managers, and internal departments to balance strong collections with maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Credit Risk Management

• Conduct credit risk assessments for new and existing customers


• Analyse and interpret credit bureau reports (TransUnion)


• Process credit applications and manage credit limits


• Liaise with credit insurers (CGIC) for approvals, limit increases, and claims


• Monitor customer credit exposure and ensure compliance with credit policies
