What you'll be doing

• Take ownership of debtor accounts and drive timely, consistent payment collection
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, resolving payment queries with confidence and professionalism
• Reconcile accounts and produce clear, accurate reports for senior management
• Collaborate with the wider accounts team on ad hoc finance tasks - no two days are the same
