Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated, strong‑minded individual who can lead, motivate the credit control team, and handle escalations or complaints.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end collections across customer portfolio.
• Coach and develop credit control team members to achieve departmental targets.
• Act as go‑to escalation point for complex queries and disputes.
• Resolve escalated customer queries and payment disputes promptly.
• Review and improve credit control processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to strengthen customer relationships and minimise payment delays.
