Support in preparation and submission of Credit Proposals (CP) for both existing (Annual Reviews and Amendments) and New To Bank (NTB) clients. Responsibilities include:
Facility structuring
BIR
Financial spreads and comments on financials
Account conduct
Generate Ratings
Well versed with PREM/Moodys
Directly liaise with customers (in consultation with the RMs) for information / clarifications
eName checks
Monitor:
CP expiries and update database on a weekly basis for expired, submitted and queried CPs
Upcoming maturities
Insurance expiries
Valuation expiries
Covenant testing
Communicate:
Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders and clients for the following:
