Responsibilities

• Assist in managing top and high-potential creators, tracking live data and creator growth.
• Participate in planning live campaigns, PK competitions, and creator incentive programs.
• Liaise with cross-functional resources to optimize creator exposure and revenue.
• Maintain community relationships and address daily issues and needs of creators.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree or above, major not limited.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, good content sensitivity and crisis management skills.
