The Role:
Supporting pupils across the classroom through creative, child-led activities
Using art, play, storytelling, and practical learning to engage pupils
Supporting small groups and 1:1 where needed
Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and emotional regulation
Working closely with teachers to adapt learning in fun and accessible ways
